General questions

How many images will I receive?

It depends on each family but usually there will be 50 or more images. For a newborn session there will usually be 30 or more images.

Do you touch up all of the images?

Yes, I hand edit every image by ACR and Photoshop with my signature color and tone. I will retouch your face and skin by lightening or removing small scars, small freckles, birthmarks, moles, wrinkles, cellulite, or gray hair. I also offer body contouring such as on the waistline, arms, hips, or push up the bust area if you wish.

Special retouching requests will cost an additional fee. This includes adding eyelashes, eyebrows, eye shadow, hair, whitening teeth, and adjusting the size or shape of a person’s face, eyes, nose, lips, or body. I can provide fee estimates upon request, and these options are for informational purposes only and not a guarantee of service.

What is included in the session fee?

It covers the time and talent of the photographer only.

Do I have to buy a collection?

Yes. A collection is normally chosen after the photoshoot once the family has an opportunity to view the slideshow and all images. Once you choose the collection, you will be given access to the full gallery and can browse the print products store for 3 months. Collection pricing starts at $600. Clients typically invest between $800 to $2000 per session. To see the full collection pricing list, please contact me.

What to wear?

Styling is a very important aspect to activate my light, airy and timeless photography style. Please click here to see the details of my style guide on Instagram story.

Is there a deposit to secure my session?

You need to pay a session fee to secure your date.

How long is your turnaround time for the session images and how will I get them?

The private online gallery will be sent to you within 2 to 3 weeks of the session.

Can you travel for a photoshoot?

Since I have a young child, I only travel as far as Los Angeles County. Please contact me for more information.

Outdoor Family & Maternity

What time of day do your outdoor sessions usually take place?

The best time to take my style of pictures outdoors is called “Golden Hour” which is one hour before the sunset time. I would like to take pictures with your family during the golden hour to capture the best moments. For a beach session, I prefer to take pictures at low tide to mid tide for safety and appearance.

What if it looks like we are going to have bad weather on the day of the session?
